Services. Sherrie's Caribbean Eats provides Oxtail, Curry Chicken, BBQ Ribs, Roti, Beef Patties, Curry Goat and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Sherrie's Caribbean Eats or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Sherrie's Caribbean Eats does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Sherrie's Caribbean Eats arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sherrie's Caribbean Eats from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. NY law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
